2022 Election: Judge dismisses portion of Abe Hamadeh's election lawsuit

Hamadeh, who ran for the state's Attorney General position, filed a lawsuit over the November election that saw running behind in votes to his Democratic rival, Kris Mayes. A judge dismissed one of five counts in the lawsuit, but otherwise allowed the lawsuit to move forward.
