K-9 officer takes down potential car chase suspect

A K-9 officer ran after and took down a potential suspect who was involved in a Los Angeles area car chase on Tuesday, Dec. 13. The person in question wouldn't surrender and walked away from an officer, so a K-9 was released and the person was taken down.
