Proposed Tempe entertainment district draws mixed opinions from the public

The Tempe City Council held a public meeting at 6 p.m. to vote on the proposed Tempe Entertainment District. After public comment finishes up, the council will vote on zoning and development plans. As of 9 p.m., the council has not voted.
