Opponents of Arizona school voucher expansion fail to gather enough signatures

A massive expansion of Arizona’s private school voucher system will go into effect after public school advocates failed to file enough valid signatures to temporarily block the law ahead of a proposed 2024 ballot referendum, officials said on Sept. 30.
