Those who lost loved ones to DUI crashes speak out on new NTSB recommendation

In the aftermath of a recommendation from the National Transportation Safety Board that calls for all new cars to include impairment detection technology, those who lost loved ones to drunk driving-related accidents hope the new technology could help safe lives, and prevent tragedies.
