Phoenix Gated Alley Program receives more funding following sucessful pilot run

The Phoenix City Council approved $500,000 for a permanent Gated Alley Program after running a pilot program in specific areas over the last couple of years. The city says gated alleyways can help improve safety and security and address issues like crime, illegal dumping and unwanted traffic.
