Judge denies Lori Vallow's motion to send case back to grand jury

Lori Vallow's defense team argued an indictment against her was "confusing." The bodies of Lori Vallow's children, 7-year-old J.J. Vallow and 16-year-old Tylee Ryan, were found buried on the Idaho property of her husband, Chad Daybell. Daybell was also charged in the kids' deaths, as well as his ex-wife, Tammy Daybell. Lori Vallow faces the death penalty if she is convicted.
