GCU, DCS helping former foster care teens to earn a college degree

Nationwide, only about 10 percent of kids in the foster care system go on to get a four-year college degree, but Grand Canyon University and the Arizona Department of Child Services are working together to help change that. FOX 10's Christina Carilla reports.
