Ex-Tucson police officer indicted in connection with deadly shooting

The ex-officer who was indicted was working as an off-duty security officer when he allegedly shot a man in a wheelchair. The man in the wheelchair was suspected of shoplifting. FOX 10's Irene Snyder reports.
