Groundbreaking held for new Downtown Phoenix transit hub

As Downtown Phoenix continues to boom, the city is building a new central station transportation hub, in an effort to keep up with demand for public transit. The hub will also feature apartments and housing for ASU students, as well as restaurants and retail space. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.
