Police investigating hit-and-run crash that left man critically injured

Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash in Phoenix that left a man with critical injuries. According to police, the crash happened on April 13 near 15th Avenue and Osborn. Four people were inside a car when it was hit by another vehicle, described as a possible small truck. Three other people who were inside the car are expected to be OK.
