Tanger Outlets shooting: Alleged teen shooter released from hospital, will be charged as an adult

Glendale Police say the shooter that injured several, including a child, at an outlet mall near the Westgate Entertainment District has been released from the hospital and is now in jail, facing a slew of charges.
