Phoenix woman's kids were dirty, wandering hotel without supervision: police

According to police, 29-year-old Ashley Winters was arrested after her two young children were left unattended at a hotel. Witnesses said the kids were walking around dirty and barefoot. Hotel staff reportedly told police the kids could be heard screaming and crying from inside their hotel room. Winters is accused of child abuse.
