See a 'frozen' or upside down hummingbird during winter? It could be in a hibernation like state

A wildlife expert says some hummingbirds will be seemingly frozen or hang upside down while it's chilly out to go into a hibernation-like state. It's completely normal and once the sun comes out, they warm up they become active again.
