Man arrested, accused of murdering Special Olympics athlete in Scottsdale, police say

Officials with the Scottsdale Police Department say they have forensically linked the suspect, identified as 38-year-old John Merryman, to evidence connected with the murder of 59-year-old Scott Harkness.
