New report by economists say COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns were not effective

The report, which used a set of 24 studies, states that lockdowns may have, in some cases, increased mortality during the pandemic. A health expert in Arizona, however, says he is skeptical of the findings. FOX 10's Matt Galka reports.
