Arizona girl suffering from rare disease flies to Baltimore for life-saving surgery

Riley Saver was diagnosed with Perthes Disease, which is a rare disease. On Feb. 2, she is scheduled to undergo surgery that should improve her quality of life. FOX 10's Ty Brennan reports.
