Winter storm brings rain, flooding to parts of Phoenix area and snow to northern Arizona

Arizona's Department of Transportation warned drivers that rain in metro Phoenix would produce wet and slick road conditions. The storm also caused some flooding ahead of Christmas Day. FOX 10's Bailey Miller reports.
