Chris balloon story from southern Arizona to be turned into a movie

It was a story we first reported on from 2018, when an Arizona man discovered a Christmas gift list inside a red balloon that was released by a girl in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. That story will soon be featured in a movie. FOX 10's Bailey Miller reports.
