Tempe hit-and-run driver sends two kids, adult to the hospital after fiery crash on US-60, DPS says

A Tempe hit-and-run driver crashed into a car carrying two kids and an adult on US-60 Sunday night, DPS says. They were rushed to the hospital after fiery crash.
