Winter storm brought rain to Phoenix area and snow to parts of Northern Arizona

Drivers in higher elevations are advised to be prepared for patches of blowing snow, the National Weather Service office in Flagstaff said. Meanwhile, the same weather system brought rainy weather to parts of the Valley during the evening hours. FOX 10's Bailey Miller reports from Flagstaff on conditions in Northern Arizona.
