Latest: Extreme weather as arctic blast moves through

A massive winter storm moving across the U.S. could drop up to three inches of snow in the northeast and it comes as an arctic blast continues to pummel states down south. A wintery mix has shut down roads and bridges across Texas, but the power grid seems to be functioning well, for now. Fox's Joy Addison joins us from Houston with more Tuesday night.

Aftermath of deadly tornadoes in several states

Tornadoes have moved across seven states, killing at least four people. In another case, one person is dead and four others are injured after one tore through a town just north of Charlotte, North Carolina. Fox's Chelsea Torres is in Claremont, North Carolina, at a mobile home park that was destroyed.

Tornado rips through Fort Lauderdale

A tornado hit Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Saturday as a line of storms moved across the Sunshine State. According to a storm report from the National Weather Service office in Miami, officials received multiple phone calls and social media reports of a twister near Federal Highway at about 5:50 p.m. ET. The NWS issued a Tornado Warning for the storm about 5 minutes before the cyclone was reported.
