Man takes legal action against Phoenix PD for use of force

An 18-year-old man is fighting back against the Phoenix Police Department after he says its officers used excessive force on him when he was just 16-years-old and in a fight with his dad. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach has this story.

Bill to bring your own alcohol to AZ golf courses advances

The Arizona House advanced a bill to allow you to bring your own booze to the golf course. Republican Rep. Alex Kolodin of Scottsdale sponsored HB 2411. It would allow people to bring their own alcohol to a golf course that's at least 1,000 yards in size and already sells alcohol.

AZ Gov. Hobbs signs border task force order

Governor Katie Hobbs' signed an executive order on Feb. 25 to create 'Operation Desert Guardian,' which is a joint task force focused on breaking up illegal drug smuggling and human trafficking operations.
