Pesticide spilled onto SR 347 during crash

A crash between a box truck and tractor-trailer left a large pesticide spill along State Route 347 near Riggs Road on April 25. One driver suffered minor injuries. The highway was shut down while crews cleaned up the spill, but it has since been reopened.

Man injured in Phoenix hit-and-run collision

A man is expected to survive after police say he was hit by a truck near 19th Avenue and Montebello. Police say the man suffered serious injuries and the driver fled after the collision.

Major ruling in Idaho murders case l FOX 10 Talks

A judge ruled that prosecutors can pursue the death penalty against Bryan Kohberger if he is convicted of murdering four University of Idaho students in 2022, despite the defendant’s recent autism diagnosis, the Associated Press reported. Jurors will also be able to see text messages the two surviving roommates sent around the time of the attack, after 4 a.m., when one reported seeing a masked man in the house, the judge said. Gov. Hobbs signs disability services funding bill

Governor Katie Hobbs signed a bi-partisan disability services funding bill. The bill closes the funding gap for the state's Division of Developmental Disabilities, which provides services for nearly 60,000 disabled Arizonans. The agency was set to run out of money at the end of this month and would have had to shut down until the new budget year.
