Officials with a group named Worker Power say their Executive Director, along with a homeowner in Glendale, have filed a lawsuit against the City of Glendale over a deal that was made to bring a big resort project to the West Valley city.

Driver ran red light, caused Glendale crash: police

Police say an SUV driver ran a red light just after midnight on Nov. 8, and hit another vehicle, which then collided with a third car. A woman was taken to a hospital as a precaution. Impairment is not suspected in the crash.

Crews battle overnight fires in Glendale, Phoenix

It was a busy night for firefighters in the Valley as crews battled a mobile home fire near Grand Avenue and Bethany Home Road, and a house fire near 44th Street and Indian School Road. Three people were displaced following the mobile home fire. No injuries were reported in either fire.
