White House announces new student debt relief plan

The White House is announcing another $9 billion in loan relief for a select group of borrowers, but Republicans are slamming the move as an attempt to grab votes. Reporter Madeleine Rivera has more.

Fontes: Trump will be on '24 AZ ballot if nominated

As questions remain amongst some people over whether Former President Donald Trump can run again for his old job after what happened on January 6, Arizona's Secretary of State said he has made his decision. Democrat Adrian Fontes says the former president has every right to have his name on Arizona's ballot in 2024, should he garner the GOP's nomination for the presidency. Fontes said he is just doing what the law instructs him to do.

Biden addresses Arizona, pays tribute to John McCain

President Biden was in Tempe on Sept. 28 where he delivered a democracy-focused address and also paid tribute to the late John McCain, the 2008 Republican presidential candidate who represented the state in the U.S. Senate for more than three decades. During his speech, Biden formally announced the creation of the John S. McCain III National Library on the Tempe campus of Arizona State University.
