Frigidaire is recalling nearly 400,000 refrigerators due to a choking and laceration hazard with ice buckets; premade salad kits under several brand names, including Dole, may be contaminated with listeria; a nationwide dairy recall linked to a deadly listeria outbreak has been expanded to include products sold at Costco and Walmart; over 62,000 cigarette lighters are missing a safety feature; and Whole Foods frozen vegan thin crust pizza has an undeclared milk allergen.

Waymo issues recall following crashes

Waymo is issued its first recall after two crashes involving their driverless vehicles in the Phoenix area. The company is blaming its software, after two cars hit a pickup truck that was being towed in December 2023. No one was injured, but the crash did cause minor vehicle damage.

Refrigerators recalled for ice bucket choking hazard

Frigidaire is recalling thousands of models of side-by-side refrigerators with slim ice buckets due to a choking and laceration hazard. The recalled refrigerators contain an ice bucket component that can break off, allowing plastic pieces to get into the ice bucket.
