PHOENIX (FOX 10) - We've seen WWE wrestlers in the Valley for Royal Rumble weekend, but today they are stepping out of the ring to visit the children of Phoenix Children's Hospital.

The pint-sized patients couldn't believe they were standing next to the superstars they see on TV, like Charlotte Flair and former tag team champions, The New Day -- Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston and Big E.

"It's really fulfilling to be able to make someone's day or put a smile on their face, just spending a couple of minutes visiting and getting to know them a little bit," Big E said. "It's really heartwarming, honestly."

Arts and crafts, games and of course, a picture to capture the moment these children will most likely cherish forever.

"These kids look up to you and want to be like you and hopefully you're saying you can find strength or never give up or those important key messages that even if it's just spending two minutes with that child, they'll remember that," Charlotte Flair said.
