Wendy's offering free Frosty, nuggets – how to get the Halloween week deals

Wendy’s is celebrating the spooky season by offering free food to customers who use its mobile app.

The fast food chain has a host of deals it’s offering through Halloween, including a free small chocolate Frosty with any purchase on Tuesday, Oct. 29. 

Other deals include a free small coffee with any purchase on Wednesday, Oct. 30, and a free 4-piece Saucy Nuggs with any purchase on Oct. 31.

Wendy’s said its offers at participating U.S. restaurants must be redeemed in the Wendy’s app, which requires free account registration.

Chipotle brings back 'Boorito' deal 

Meanwhile, Chipotle is again running an annual Halloween promotion it calls "Boorito," offering fans a discounted burrito for those who show up in costume. 

Chipotle Rewards members who show up in costume on Oct. 31 can get a $6 entrée offer between 3 p.m. and close at U.S. locations, the company said. Depending on the protein filling, burritos and other entrées start around $8.50 and up to $12.35 for the limited-time smoked brisket. 

Chipotle noted that the offer is not valid for kids' meals, catering orders or on third party ordering platforms. It's also limited to one discounted item per guest, and must be redeemed in-store.
