Storm moves across Arizona bringing rain, flooding

PHOENIX - While northern Arizona is getting snow, the valley is seeing a lot of heavy rainfall, which is filling up washes.

Some rivers were seen taking a chance and going through the flooded washes in the northwest valley near Cotton Lane and Peoria.
