PHOENIX - An overturned semi truck on Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway caused a major traffic jam in Phoenix on Thursday, Dec. 26.

The rollover happened near the Buckeye Road junction.

Three lanes were blocked, including the HOV lane, for several hours as the rolled over semi was on its side on the southbound lanes.
