Semi-truck rolled over on Loop 303 at Waddell Road
SURPRISE, Ariz. - A tractor-trailer carrying dirt has rolled over on the Loop 303 at Waddell Road, according to the Arizona Dept. of Public Safety.
The semi is blocking the northbound ramp on State Route 303. DPS says it is a single-vehicle collision.
The driver abandoned the semi-truck after the rollover.
