Crews battle fire at Scottsdale home
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Fire crews in Scottsdale battled a fire that damaged at a home in the East Valley city.
According to a bstatement by Scottsdale Fire officials, crews were called out to the home, located near 86th Street and Indian Bend, at around 1:30 p.m., and when they arrived at the scene, they found a home under construction that was burning, with heavy fire moving across the attic.
"While inside the structure, the fire burned through the roof, forcing the firefighter inside to exit," read a portion of the statement.
No injuries were reported.
