Realtor arrested in connection with multiple burglaries

Chandler Police officials say a man who was arrested in connection with a number of burglaries in Chandler is a home realtor.

On Thursday, police identified the suspect as Paul John Stolarik, 35.

According to police, detectives were advised in December 2017 of a residential burglary that involved the theft of jewelry. During the investigation, police discovered four other burglary incidents with a similar MO, which involves the victim's home being listed for sale, with jewelry stolen from the home, and the same realtor showing the home.

Stolarik, according to Chandler Police, was arrested in Queen Creek on Thursday, and booked into Maricopa County Jail on five counts of 2nd Degree Burglary, which is a felony.
