TEMPE, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- A unique audiovisual experiment is underway in Downtown Tempe, as the area is the latest to host a portal, or physical structures that bring people together who would never otherwise meet.
The goal is to create conversations, educate, and play. FOX 10's John Hook and Kari Lake spoke on the phone with Julie Kent, Director of Placemaking with the Downtown Tempe Authority, about the portal.
