PHOENIX (KSAZ) - One reason Arizona is getting so much attention from the Presidential candidates is the number of undecided voters here. A recent poll showed 30% of Republicans haven't made up their minds about who they are going to vote for. On the Democrat side, it's almost as many at 26%. So why are there so many undecided voters?
Several thousand Republicans flocked to the Arizona State Capitol to hear Franklin Graham, the son of evangelist Billy Graham.
"I really do not support anybody at this point, but I am looking at it from the vantage point that anybody is better than Sanders and Clinton," said Gary Nibbelink.
Others say they are undecided because of the controversy going on.
"Sort of because there is so much controversy going on," said Virginia Faul.
Ted Cruz has won some support among voters.
"We feel he represents our faith, and what we believe. We want to see conservative values where we want to see our country going," said Joan Kinderfather.
Others think maybe this is Trump's time.
"I think God has a purpose for Donald Trump... I think he is called for such a time as this to turn our country around," said Kelly Quigley.
There are a lot of television ads to appeal to undecided voters. Over $1.8 million has been spent in the past week, and more are expected to come in just a few days before the election.
