Police: Man shot and killed, suspect on the loose

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Police are searching for a suspect involved in a deadly shooting that happened early Monday morning.

Phoenix police say a man was shot and killed during an argument at a Phoenix apartment complex just after 3 a.m., near 19th Avenue and Buckeye Road.

The suspect involved in the shooting is not in custody and remains on the loose.
