A valley cab driver is in the hospital after his passenger allegedly shot him.
The scene unfolded yesterday near 37th Street and Van Buren. Police say the taxi cab employee had just dropped off his passenger when the two started arguing. That's when a shot was fired and the cab driver was struck.
Police say the victim was a Yellow Cab employee who was rushed to the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
The suspect is described as a black male, in his twenties or thirties, around five foot eight inches. He was last seen riding a black BMX bicycle.
