Firefighter with 9/11 cancer has new hope after bone marrow transplant

Brian Kevan is in the fight of his life. Like many firefighters who responded to the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, Kevan was diagnosed with cancer. Thanks to treatments and a bone marrow transplant, he has renewed hope and is living each day as it comes.

"The young lady that saved my life," the pilot says to the passengers, who clap and cheer for the woman.

The pilot said he wanted to personally thank her and walked down the aisle to embrace her.

Passengers applauded and cheered for the donor, whose act of generosity gave the pilot a second chance at life.
