Phoenix Police officer involved in rollover crash

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A Phoenix Police officer was involved in a rollover crash Saturday morning.

Police say the officer was driving a marked patrol vehicle east bound on Glendale Avenue entering the intersection at 7th Avenue when a south bound vehicle crashed into the patrol car causing it to roll over.

The officer was transported with minor injuries. The other driver did not report any injuries and stayed on the scene.

The intersection is restricted while police finish their investigation.
