Phoenix man hit, killed while lying in roadway, police say
PHOENIX - A 39-year-old Phoenix man was hit and killed by a car while he was lying partially in the road on the morning of Oct. 29, police said.
Robert Arzola was hit near 51st Avenue and Indian School Road around 5:15 a.m., said Sgt. Vincent Cole with Phoenix Police.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Impairment isn't believed to be a factor in the crash.
