PHOENIX - Police say a teenage suspect has been arrested after a man was found dead inside a car at an apartment complex near 19th Avenue and Northern.
Phoenix officers were called to the area at 12:45 a.m. on July 2 and found 18-year-old James Dunbar with apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.

"Officers learned that the suspect was seen running into an apartment in the complex," said Sgt. Brian Bower with Phoenix PD.
The suspect eventually came out of the apartment and was arrested. He was only identified as a teenage male.
The suspect was booked into a juvenile court center and is accused of second-degree murder, police said.
No other details were released.
