Death investigation in Phoenix continues
PHOENIX - Police say officers were called to the scene near 3rd Avenue and Osborn around 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and found a man with serious injuries.
Phoenix Police Sgt. Brian Bower stated, "Phoenix Fire responded and pronounced the victim deceased. Little information is known at this time as patrol officers are following up with witnesses and detectives are making their way to the scene."
The victim's name has not been released.
