Flagstaff man found guilty of selling drugs: YCAO

Officials with the Yavapai County Attorney's Office say a jury has found a Flagstaff man guilty of various drug-related offenses.

According to a statement released on Oct. 23, 52-year-old Kenneth Shawn Frasard has been build guilty of a number of offenses, including:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale
  • Possession of Fentanyl for Sale
  • Possession of Marijuana for Sale
  • Misconduct Involving Weapons

In their statement, officials said Frasard was taken into custody on Aug. 12, 2022, following an investigation into alleged drug sales in a town called Rimrock.

"In the truck Frasard was using, PANT found approximately 155 fentanyl pills and multiple large knives. PANT detectives also recovered approximately 80 grams of methamphetamine, 4 ounces of marijuana, and multiple scales in Frasard’s backpack inside the house. Text messages found in Frasard’s cell phone demonstrated he intended to sell those drugs," read a portion of YCAO's statement.

Sentencing for Frasard, according to officials, it scheduled for the afternoon of Nov. 22.

"Frasard has an extensive felony record, committed these offenses while on warrant status after failing to appear for sentencing for a separate felony in Maricopa County, and is now facing a minimum of 12.5 years in the Arizona State Prison," read a portion of the statement.
