FBI announce arrest of man believed to be the "Chedda Bandit"
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - FBI officials announced the arrest of a man believed to be the "Chedda Bandit".
The "Chedda Bandit" is believed by FBI officials to be responsible for four bank robberies that took place between May and June.

In a statement, FBI officials said Peoria Police and members of the FBI Phoenix Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 25-year-old Brian Matthew Wertz on Thursday. In addition, a woman, identified as 22-year-old Shantel Marie Poisson, was also arrested.
FBI officials believe Poisson was involved in the serial robberies by acting as a getaway driver. Both Wertz and Poisson are facing robbery charges.
