Customers left with questions after popular consignment store closes doors

PHOENIX (KSAZ) -- It's been a popular consignment shop in the Valley for decades, but now, some customers are asking where is their money and furniture, after Terri's Consign & Design was forced to shut its doors for good, a few weeks ago.

FOX 10's Stephanie Olmo reports.

Statement from Terri Bowersock, owner of Terri's Consign & Design

We sent out notices to consignors to pick-up their consigned items, and any unclaimed items would be donated. We also notified the Attorney General's office with this information. We stayed open for 60 days to give people time and used all monies to pay consignors and business expenses until we simply had no more funds.
