Mayor Nutter announced a traffic box that will be set up from 95 to the east, South Street to the south, 38th street to the west, and Spring Garden, Ridge and West Girard to the north.
On September 25th and 10:00pm, vehicular traffic will be allowed within the box, but you may not drive into the zone with your car. Once you drive out of the zone, you may not bring your car back in, until the Papal events conclude.
Interstate-95 will remain open the Papal weekend, but there will be significant road closures listed below.
I-76 eastbound will be closed from I-476 to I-95

The Ben Franklin Bridge will also be closed to vehicular traffic from Friday at 10pm until noon on Monday.
