Beloved schoolteacher seriously hurt after he tried to help woman

A Valley family was unsure where their loved one was for three days. As it turns out, that person was hit by a car, after he stopped to help a woman.

Anthony Webster was in the hospital, with bad injuries. Now, his family wants to stress the importance of the move over law.

Webster was just trying to do the right thing. The 31-year-old father of three just started as a teacher in Glendale in 2016, and reportedly won over the kids with his command of the classroom, and his ability to help students in need.

Students and family started to worry when Webster didn't show up to work on Friday. After three days, they learned that Webster was seriously injured on his way home, when he was struck by a car at 83rd Avenue and Camelback Road.

Webster had stopped to help a woman who he thought may have been having a seizure. It was a selfless act that surprises no one that knows Webster, also affectionately known as "Mr. Anthony".
