PHOENIX - Changes are coming to high school sports as the Arizona Interscholastic Association approved removing the mask mandate for the spring season and winter playoffs.
This only applies to people actively participating in the sport. Players on the sidelines and coaches will still need to wear a mask.
All other COVID-19 modifications remain in place.
