Arias' attorney loses law license over book he wrote about the trial

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - There are new developments surrounding defense attorney Kirk Nurmi. He's the man who represented convicted killer Jodi Arias.

Now he's agreed to be disbarred rather than have his license suspended for four years, all because he wrote a book about the case, Trapped with Ms. Arias: Part 1 of 3 from Getting the File to Being Ready for Trial .

The state bar claims that in the book, Nurmi detailed confidential conversations between himself and Arias. They say he also revealed evidence that was deemed inadmissible by the judge.
